The project proposes a subdivision of 18 lots for possible development of single family houses along Calle los Arboles. Because the property is currently zoned as S80 (Open Space), we are proposing a development with low density and with minimal grading impact in particular on the sloped areas. We want to respect the existing site drainage, maintaining and keeping "open space" all the existing drainage easements and proposing a development in We are proposing 3 types of houses that would provide quality of living similar to the existing single family neighboring developments, but with a reduced lot coverage and minimal impact to the land -in particular on the sloped areas. This allows also a substantial visual permeability along Calle los Arboles towards the panoramic views.
